Return Eligibility (Within 48 Hours)

● The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

● You received the wrong item.

● The product is significantly different from the description

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

● Your return request is approved and the product is returned within the specified time frame.

● The item is out of stock after payment, and we are unable to fulfill your order.

● You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and have returned it to us.

Please provide your Order ID and a brief explanation (with photo/video proof if needed).

Return Process

● Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

● After approval, our team will guide you through the return process

● Whole retrun process may take 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through:

● Nagad
● Visa / MasterCard
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bKash or Nagad.

Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is eligible, refund will be issued only for that item.

Important Notes
